Goods, brown and white

After my departure from Adobe I kind of landed another job within the same company that had Adobe as a client. They needed a Danish speaking agent for their Samsung support. So, there you go. I am learning everthing there is to learn about Samsung products, which happen to be anything electrical. TVs, monitors, refrigerators, microwaves, mobile phones, harddrives, vacuum cleaners, freezers, washing machines, printers, faxes, dishwashers, cameras and more.
In one of the training videos I heard the expression "interactive control panel" twice. That kept me thinking.
